There was one wonderful weekend
at Provinces back in November. It was great to have Sarah
Murat play and sing with me. What a treat and what a surprise. She
is so busy modeling for artists and working on her new feature length
film that we don't get to see her as much as we would like. She is so
versatile and talented. She is accomplished on piano and guitar and
vocals. She is a master of music composition utilizing Reason Software.
She is also is a certified yoga instructor and a dancer. She is not
bored. She has added a new member to her house hold, a little kitten,
which she loves very much. I really look forward to collaborating together
in the future on music and movie projects. She is an artist in the truest
sense of the word and I am proud to be her papa. |

Now I talked to Phil last night and he told me that he gave his CD to Sam Akina, the writer and director and they are using All In The Game, a jazz standard from that CD but billing it as Wasn't It A Time. Oops. Kathy and Dale Antonsen saw the film and said it was great.
Rhythm Cafe CD to be released in Japan on January 7th, 2006
Larry Mason just called me with the release date for the Rhythm Cafe CD. He has kindly kept me in the loop since Mia from Celeste Records contacted me via e-mail looking to find Bob Marcure and Deirdre Lord to talk to them about releasing their CD in Japan. I put her in contact with Larry Mason after giving him credit for having produced the Cafe CD and the Room with a View CD. I then stepped out of the picture and wished them all well. They got licensing thanks to Larry and now they will be heard in Japan. How exciting that must be for them. Congratulations!
